Pinoy opens boutique, skin care clinic in Paris

A Pinoy living in Paris has seen the benefits of having her “kababayans” (countrymen) as customers.

Lynda Elkins dedicated the success of her newly-opened boutique to fellow Filipinos living in Paris, France.

There are around 20,000 Filipinos in Paris.

“Ako’y naging very successful sa aking business dito sa Paris, France, dahil po sa ating mga kababayan, sa tulong din nila na ako ay kanilang pinaangat,” said Lynda and her husband, John Elkins.

The couple expanded their second store to house a skin care clinic in partnership with Daisy Samson, a skin care specialist in the Philippines.

“Ngayon na yung opening namin ng Daisy and Lynda Boutique and Coiffeur. Yung mga ibang hindi nakakaalam na meron po kaming skin care dito, lahat po ng mga skin problems, beauty problems magagamot po namin lahat ito,” Samson said.

After the formal opening at 77 Rue Lauriston Paris 15th, boutique staff immediately attended to the needs of the customers.

“Kami po ay sumusoporta sa lahat ng kanilang ginagawang negosyo dito sa France,” said customer Cora Solis.
