Ciso Morales says he is ready to rumble
Ciso “Kid Terrible” Morales is all set for a rumble against two-time WBO regional challenger Hussein Pazzi of Africa, Tanzania after logging in more than 100 rounds of sparring in preparation of the fight.
“I will try and finish the fight with Pazzi in the early rounds, I am not over confident but I will make sure I’d win,” the Bohol native said in a report posted on Philboxing.com
Morales also dismissed Pazzi’s statement in which the African said he will be ending the Filipino’s winning streak when they face each other on July 19.
“We will see in the ring, I am 100 percent prepared for this fight, there is no excuses for me, I am ready,” Morales said.
Morales displayed an outstanding performance against Korea Yoo-Shin Kim during the Invasion fight card last April and this has impressed a lot of fight fans and Golden Boy executives.
Sammy Gello-ani of SGG Sports Promotions and Golden Boy Promotions V.P. Eric Gomez planned showcasing Morales on either the Casamayor- Marquez encounter on September 13th or the Diaz-Katsidis match on September 6th.
“Well we first need to see if Ciso Morales can pass the test with Pazzi at first, we don’t want to get ahead of ourselves,” said Gello-Ani.
Morales is rated number 10 in the WBO ranking and a win over Pazzi will give him more attention, added Gello-Ani.
