Two kidnap-for-ransom suspects were arrested by Rizal province policemen in an operation in Quezon City, Thursday night.
Senior Superintendent Ireneo Dordas, Rizal police chief, named the suspects as Joey Jose and John Mark Bautista. He said the two are among the Philippine National Police’s most wanted persons.
