MANILA, Philippines - A man was killed and another wounded in a stabbing incident early Tuesday morning in Quezon City, police said.
PO2 Rodel Tomanday of the Quezon City Police said the fatality was identified only as “Alias Totoy,” who succumbed to multiple stab wounds around 3:30 a.m.
